Following a successful season opener in Ebikon earlier in the spring, the Urbansurf Zürich Open brought the summer vibes to full throttle in late August. On Saturday, August 24th, the action kicked off early and ran into the night, with sun-soaked terraces packed with fans cheering on the surfers.

While the athletes cooled off in the wave pool, spectators enjoyed icy cocktails under the summer sun.

The day ended with an exciting awards ceremony, launching the well-earned celebrations at Urbansurf.

Winners claimed victory in categories including Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Men, Women, Open Heroes Men, and Open Heroes Women, racking up essential points for the Swiss Rapid Surfing Championship and the Edelweiss Surf Tour.
